图书馆员的素质是高校图书馆现代化发展的的关键。在图书馆网络化发展的形势下,提高高校图书馆馆员的职业道德和业务素质是网络大环境下深化高校图书馆建设的关键。
The quality of the library staff is key to modem development of university library, and it is the core to establish a rational method for the library modernization in the library management, In view of this, university librarians should improve the professional ethics and professional quality which has a direct impact on the library＇s image in the library＇s development. The article focuses on the construction of the library staffofthe professional ethics and environment to intensify the construction of the library.
