摘要
通过对图书馆工作者职业道德的介绍,提出了只有加强图书馆工作者的职业道德教育才是做好服务工作的根本,提高服务质量的关键。
This paper, through introducing the professional ethics of the librarians, points out that only straitening the education on librarians＇ professional ethics is the basis for doing well the service for readers, and also is the key for improving the service quality.
