摘要
[目的]为番茄渣在肉牛养殖中的推广和应用提供科学依据。[方法]以番茄渣青贮代替部分全株玉米青贮,探讨番茄渣对肉牛育肥效果的影响。[结果]经青贮后番茄渣ADF和NDF分别比干渣低2.68%和3.49%,粗蛋白含量高1.27%。经过90 d饲养试验,试验Ⅰ组(添加20%番茄渣青贮)和Ⅱ组(添加10%番茄渣青贮)的累计增重分别比对照组高10.9和6.0 kg(P<0.05),而平均日增重分别比对照组高121和66 g(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组经济效益分别比对照组高289.40和156.90元。[结论]在育肥肉牛日粮中添加番茄渣青贮代替部分全株玉米青贮,可以促进肉牛生长,提高增重效果,降低饲养成本,增加经济效益。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for the popularization and application of tomato residue in the breeding of beef cattle.[Method]Tomato residue silage was used to replace part of whole-plant corn silage and discuss the influences of tomato residue on the fattening effect of beef cattle.[Result] ADF and NDF in tomato residue after silage decreased 2.68% and 3.49% respectively than that in dry residue,but crude protein content increased 1.27%.After 90 days’feeding,the accumulative weight gain in test group Ⅰ(adding 20% tomato residue silage) and test group Ⅱ(adding 10% tomato residue silage) increased 10.9 and 6.0 kg respectively than that in control(P 0.05) and the average daily gain in test group Ⅰand Ⅱ increased 121 and 66 g respectively.And the economic benefits in test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased 289.40 and 156.90 RMB respectively.[Conclusion] Tomato residue silage was added in the diet of fattening beef cattle to replace part of whole-plant corn silage,which could promote the growth of beef cattle,enhance the weighting effect,decrease the feeding cost and increase the economic benefits.
