摘要
总结我国现代林业建设的三个发展阶段,指出我国现代林业建设正在国家战略指导下,在区域发展规划引导下,全面走向微观实施检验建设阶段;初步探讨了现代林业发展的对策,希望为现代林业建设提供参考。
It was summarized in this paper that the development courses of modern forestry construction in Chi- na should be divided into three steps： the initial phase of state strategy, the regional development planning, the micro-implementation and inspection. It was pointed out that the modem forestry construction in China, under the guidance of state strategy, and the introduction of regional development planning, is comprehensively going towards the phase of micro-implementation and inspection. The development countermeasures of modem forestry were preliminarily discussed in order to provide references for the construction of modem forestry in China
