摘要
论述了社会组织是社会构成的中枢,社会组织重构是国有林区社会结构重构的必要保障,是国有林区社会实现现代化的基础;然后从国有林区社会组织的特点出发,指出缺乏有效率的、规范的、自治的社会组织是国有林区社会组织的明显缺陷;提出重构后的新型社会组织应具备社会团体的性质,重构的过程中要建立普适性的游戏规则,坚持自下而上的组建原则;提出应通过两方面的措施来实施重构:一是加强对应保留的原有传统组织的改建,二是吸收现代化的先进要素,构建林区社会自治组织,组建小城镇的社区组织和产业协会组织。
Social organization is a backbone of social configuration. Social organization＇s reconfiguration is an essential ensure of social reconfiguration in the state-owned forest area. From social organization＇s characteristic of the state-owned forest area, the paper analyzes its new changes, points out social organization＇s evident limitation is be short of a effective, normative and autonomic organization. Draws a conclusion that organization＇s reconfiguration is foundation of state-owned forest area＇s modernization. Put forward that new organizations should be characters of caste, universal game＇s rules are established in the reconfiguration of process, and to insist to principle from top to bottom. Finally, this paper brings forward to put in practice reconfiguration by two measures. At first, intrinsic and traditional organization＇s rebuilding should be strengthened, and second, creating autonomic organization of forest area, community organization of a wide place in the road and industry association by absorbing modern and advanced element.
