摘要
分析现代林业产生的背景,提出现代林业是中国现代化进程产物,是解决中国社会森林生态产品和经济产品短缺、林区发展落后的时代产物。现代林业具有技术的先进性,效益的综合性,功能、目标的多元性,资产性与市场的开放性,产权的明晰性与安全性特征。认为现代林业是森林生态体系、林业产业体系和生态文化体系动态耦合成的一个复合系统,以实现生态、经济和文化的协调发展为目标。从生态-产业-文化的耦合阈,机制耦合和目标耦合,探讨了现代林业复合系统的耦合运行机理。认为实现现代林业发展的保障在于技术、管理和组织的创新及其各自现代化水平的提高。
From analysis of background of the modern forestry, proposes that modem forestry is an outcome of China＇s modernization and an outcome of settling the shortage of forest ecological and economic products and the lag of civilization development in forestry region. Modern forestry has some features, such as advancement of technology, integration of benefit,multi-function and multi-objectives, assets and the opening of market, and the perspicuity and security of property right.Modem forestry is a complex system coupled with forest ecosystem, forestry industry system and ecological culture system.Its developmental aim is the coordination of ecology, economy and cuhure. Then, the coupling mechanism of the complex system of modern forestry is discussed in terms of coupling threshold, mechanism coupling and object coupling of forest ecosystem, forestry industry system and ecological culture system. It is considered that the innovation of technology, management and organization and the improvement of their modernization levels are the guarantee of modem forestry.
