摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀理念在普外科护理的应用效果。方法:分析我院普外科收治的患者120例临床资料,依据护理过程中是否实施人文关怀将其分为两组,普通护理组60例和人文护理组60例。结果:人文护理组患者护理生活质量评分、运动功能评分和ADL评分均明显优于普通护理组,P<0.05,研究结果的差异有统计学意义。结论:人文关怀理念在普外科护理的应用可以明显提高护理质量和提高患者机体能力。
Objective： To approach application effect analysis of department of general surgery nursing care by concept of human- istic care. Method： To analyze 120 cases patients clinical data in our department of general surgery, which was to be divided into general nursing group in 60 cases and humanistic care group 60 cases. Result： The Nursing quality of life score, motor function score and ADL score of humanistic care group were better than general nursing group, P 〈 0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion ： The concept of humanistic care in the Department of general surgery nursing applications can obviously improve the quali- ty of nursing and improve the patients body ability
