摘要
目的 探讨精神分裂症患者复发的危险因素。方法 对 2 2 6例复发者与 16 1例未复发的精神分裂症患者采用单因素、多因素两种统计方法进行分析比较。以探讨导致前者复发的危险因素。结果 发现导致复发的主要危险因素是对药物的依从性、社会支持及就诊情况。结论 精神分裂症患者的部分复发危险因素是可预测和干预的。
Objective To inquire into the dangerous factor to lead to schizophrenia relapse.Method To analyze and compare 226 relapsed schizophrenias and 116 them who had not relapsed using 2 ways,individual factor and multifactor.Result We have found that the main dangerous factors to lead to schizophrenia relapse are drug dependence,social support and seek medical condition.Conclusion The many relapse dangerous factors of schizophrenia could be calculated and prevented.
