摘要
高师续本科教育是与高师普通本科教育并存的一种特殊层次的师范教育 ,二者虽然培养目标一致 ,但教育对象各异。现行高师教育课程体系在人文性及师范性方面的缺陷 ,必然导致高师续本科教育对象人文素质不高和师范性特征不明显。高师续本科教育不仅要避免重蹈覆辙 ,而且要全力弥补现行高师教育课程体系已造成的人文性及师范性不足 ,努力将教育对象培养成为“会为人师、会教学育人、会教育科研、会学校管理”
The follow up junior college course for higher normal education that coexists with the senior college course for higher normal education is a special kinds of normal education. Though the purpose of the two is the same, but the student is not the same for the two kinds of courses. The drawbacks of the humanitiy courses and the teachers training courses inevitably lead to the lower humanity quality and unclearness of the teachers training courses at present. The follow up junior college course for higher normal education must remedy the deficiency of the senior college to let the students “be good at exemplifying, teaching. researching and managing”. That is to say, the students are trained into a new type teachers in middle school.
