摘要
教师的评价方式是决定教师采取何种管理模式和教学效果策略的“指挥棒”,正确实施教师评价是达到教学改革预期目标至关重要的问题,该文探讨了传统教师评价方式的弊端,试图建立更为合理的符合新课程观、专业观、人才观的教师评价方式。
The value system for teachers is the key of the teacher adopting what kind of management pattern and the teaching effect strategy. It is very important for achieving the educational reform anticipated target to correctly implement the teacher value. This paper discusses the malpractice of traditional, attempts to establish the teacher value system for reasonably new curriculum view, specialized view, the talented person view to value.
