摘要
针对南水北调中线干渠河北段在冬季面临冰情威胁的情况,综合分析国内外河冰相关研究成果,提出干线河北段冬季运行、试运行及运行初期,应从安全角度出发,通过控制全线各断面弗汝德数保证平封冰盖形成.建立了南水北调中线河北段的全线明渠几何模型、简化建筑物模型、全线恒定渐变流、非恒定流模拟模型;确定了冰盖平封的弗汝德数控制目标;模拟计算并分析了水力控制对分水口取水量分配的限制.
The ice problem would threaten the safety of the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The river ice related research results at home and abroad, are analyzed. This paper put forward the advise to the safe operation in winter for Hebei canals that: to ensure the operation safety, a juxtaposed freeze-up ice cover should be developed under hydraulic control. This paper established a channel geometry model, simplified building model of Hebei canals based on the constant flow, and the unsteady flow simulation model, determined the critical Froude number control target, simulated and analyzed the influ- ence on water distribution of the hydraulic control.
