对动库容占有一定比重的水库、洼淀和河流，联立分解恒定渐变流方程和水量平衡方程，借助微型计算机，可迅速进行供水演进和洪水预报．
For reservoir,lowland and river,where prismatic storage have a quite proposition,the flood routing and flood prediction can be quickly made by using PC computer to resolve both momentum equation and continuity equation.
