摘要
为了深化图书馆与读者之间的情感联系,探索满足读者高层次心理需求的人文服务模式,北京大学图书馆从2010年开始尝试在学生毕业期间推出一系列人性化服务,经过几年实践,已经形成集毕业墙、网络毕业空间、学子推荐、借阅历史查询、图书漂流、毕业书签和毕业摄影展等于一体的毕业季服务体系,取得了良好的效果。
In order to deepen the emotional connection between the library and readers and explore the human service model to meet high-level psychological needs of readers, Peking University Library has tried to push out a series of humanistic services during the graduation season in 2010. After several years of practice, it has formed the graduation service system with the graduation wall, the graduate blog, students' recommended books, the lending history list, the book crossing, graduation bookmarks and the photography exhibition, and obtained excellent results.
