摘要
技术进步与组织化服务程度是促进高校图书馆发展的持久推动力。通过分析厦门大学图书馆的实践案例可以发现:基于馆员专业与技能的异质性特点,建立自组织合作团队服务组织模式,不仅能形成容纳技术发展进步和跨界研究的服务运行机制,促进技术推广与用户化服务的深度融合,有效解决传统学科服务的"一对多"问题,而且服务技能在合作团队内充分传播,最终形成稳定的跨学科信息服务组织系统。
Technical progress and organizational service level are the sustainable impetus to promote the development of the academic libraries. By analyzing the cases of Xiamen University Library, it is found that the self-organizing collaborative team based on the heterogeneity of librarians' majors and skills have many advantages. It can form a service operating mechanism accommodating technological development and cross-border research, promote the depth of integration of advanced technology and customization service, solve one-to-many problems effectively in the traditional subject service, help service skills spread in the team, and eventually form a stable interdisciplinary information service organization system.
