摘要
电力系统网络参数是能量管理系统各个高级应用的重要基础,因此对网络参数错误的辨识十分必要。拉格朗日乘子法是网络参数错误辨识的一种有效方法。基于已有的拉格朗日乘子法网络参数辨识理论研究,给出了具体的实现步骤,并提出了使用多个量测断面的网络参数辨识和估计方法。通过9节点系统展示了所提出的拉格朗日乘子法参数辨识流程,并通过118节点系统的仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性,开发了高效的实用化参数辨识与估计软件,简要介绍了该软件在中国部分调度中心的实际应用情况。
Network parameter is an important foundation for the advanced applications in energy management system, and it is necessary to identify the network parameter errors. Lagrange multiplier method is an effective network parameter error identification approach. Based on the existing researches, a detailed network parameter error identification procedure was presented, and the Lagrange multiplier network parameter error identification method using multiple measurement snapshots was proposed. The 9-bus system was used to show the proposed procedure, and simulation tests on 118-bus system were used to evaluate the effectiveness of this research. Based on this research, a network error identification program has been developed and applied in several dispatch centers in China which was briefly introduced in this paper.
