摘要
针对电力市场运营对电能量数据准确性提出的实际要求,结合电能量计量系统的实际特点,在传统电能量数据采集的基础上,提出了一种基于模式识别的电能量数据辨识和校正手段。该方法通过分析电能量计量系统的采集过程,将其划分为若干个特征模式,对不同的特征模式下采用不同的指标,通过对指标综合分析判别电能量数据可靠性,同时采用SCADA积分数据对不可用数据进行校正,提高了电能量数据辨识水平和数据的可用性。
Entirely accurate electric metering data are needed in electricity market operations. According to the analysis of operating environment of tele-meter reading (TMR) system and traditional identification methods, a new identification method based on pattern recognition is proposed. Firstly, the acquisition process of TMR system is analyzed in detail. Then it is divided into several characteristic patterns, and to each pattern different index is used to identify the metering data. Finally, according to the analysis of all these indexes thoroughly, the data is proven to be true or false eventually. The data will be replaced by SCADA accumulated data once it is proven to be false. The method can improve the effectiveness of identification of electric metering data.
