摘要
介绍了联系数概念及其运算准则,提出了联系数大小比较的联系数模型和基于联系数模型的电网灵活规划模型,在该规划模型中采用成本效益分析法评价方案的优劣程度。用联系数处理电网规划中的各种不确定性信息,构造了电网规划的确定与不确定系统。算例证明该方法得到的电网灵活规划方案具有更好的适应性和灵活性,且方法计算简单,思路清晰,可用于求解大型电网灵活规划问题。
The concept of connection number and its operation rules are introduced, and a connection number model (CNM) is presented for a logical comparison of connection numbers. A novel transmission network flexible planning model is proposed based on CNM, in which the cost-benefit analysis method is recommended to evaluate the candidate schemes. The theory of connection number is applied to deal with the various uncertainties in the transmission network planning to construct a planning system including both certainty and uncertainty information. The sample examples show that its optimization scheme is more adaptable and flexible than the former. The flexible method in this paper is simple, clear, and can be used to solve the large-scale transmission network flexible planning problem.
