摘要
建立了一种快速测定奶粉中碘的方法,称取一定量奶粉样品用质量分数为0.5%乳化剂和10%氨水的混合溶液定容混匀,在线加入Te元素作为内标,使用ICP-MS直接测定,减少了复杂的前处理环节。通过对国家标准物质GBW 10017奶粉的多次测定考察了方法检出限,准确性,加标回收率等指标,同时进行此使用此方法对实际样品进行测定并与国标方法进行方法比对,以上指标和测定结果均能满足实际检测的需要。经过了实验室间比对和大批次长时间的测定的实践,该方法可以作为企业生产中的实时监控手段,有很强的实用价值。
