摘要
以透明聚碳酸酯(PC)为基础树脂,在保持PC优异的力学性能和高透明性能的前提下,分别制备了磺酸盐类阻燃剂、硅油类阻燃剂以及两者复配型阻燃剂改性的3组PC体系,测试了PC的阻燃等级及透明性并通过SEM探讨了阻燃机理。研究表明:单独添加质量分数为0.1%的磺酸盐类阻燃剂可使PC阻燃等级达到V-0级并保持良好的力学性能及透明性;单独添加质量分数为1%的硅油类阻燃剂仍能保持PC良好的力学性能及透明性,但是阻燃等级无法达到V-0级;复配质量分数0.05%~0.1%的磺酸盐类阻燃剂及质量分数为0.5%~1%的硅油类阻燃剂,可使PC阻燃等级达到V-0级,并能保持良好的力学性能及透明性,此外复配之后燃烧形成的碳层阻燃效果更好。
Sulfonate flame retardants, silicone flame retardants and mixture of them were added to poly- carbonate resin to improve its flame retardant properties. Results indicated that flame retardant grade of polycarbonate was improved to V-0 by adding 0. 1% sulfonate flame retardants. By adding 1% silicone flame retardants, the polycarbonate maintained good mechanical properties and transparency, but failed to achieve V-0. However, by adding sulfonate flame retardants ranging from 0.05 ~//00 to 0. 1% and silicone flame retardants ranging from 0.5 % to 1% at the same time, the flame retardant grade of polycarbonate achieved V-0 with maintaining excellent mechanical properties and high transparency. The carbon layer which was formed after adding both of two kinds of flame retardants, had the excellent flame retardant properties.
