摘要
合成了一种新型无卤固态耐高温磷酸酯阻燃剂——4,4'-二羟基联苯双(二苯基磷酸酯)(DBBDP),利用FTIR、元素分析、1HNMR、31PNMR及TG对其结构及热分解行为进行了表征。研究了该阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)阻燃性能、力学性能、热分解行为及灼烧残炭的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂用量为4%即可使PC达UL94V—0级(3.2mm),氧指数(OI)接近30%。DBBDP还能改善PC的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度及弯曲模量等力学性能。DBBDP虽不能增加PC的成炭率,却可加速PC的交联成炭。此外,扫描电镜照片显示,DBBDP可使PC残炭的炭层加厚,但不能有效改善炭层的表面沟痕。
A novel flame retardant of solid halogen-free phosphate with excellent heat resistance 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl bis(diphenyl phosphate) (DBBDP)was synthesized and characterized by FTIR, element analysis, ^1H NMR, ^31p NMR and TG. The effects of DBBDP on flame retardancy, mechanical property, thermal decomposition and char residue of PC were investigated. The results show that: with the addition of 4% DBBDP, PC is up to UL94 V-0 (3.2mm), the OI of PC is up to nearly 30%. DBBDP improves the tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength and flexural modulus of PC. Thermal decomposition datum show that DBBDP can't improve the char yield of PC, but it can accelerate crosslinking and char forming of PC. Additionally, SEM photos indicate that DBBDP thickens the char layer, but it can't improve the gullys on the surface of char layer effectively.
