摘要
针对我国目前建筑施工企业在激烈市场竞争中面临的外部环境和内部管理困境,将精益生产理论与六西格玛对产品质量的控制过程相结合的原理应用于建筑施工企业管理之中,讨论了这种结合的可行性,分析了精益六西格玛法在建筑施工企业管理中的应用策略,以期提高施工企业管理水平。
In light of internal and external management difficulties faced by construction enterprises in current competitive market in China, the paper applies lean producing theory and six sigma quality control process in construction enterprises management, discusses its feasibility, and analyzes the application strategies of lean six sigma method in construction enterprise management, with a view to improve the management level of construction enterprises.
