摘要
建筑工程项目能否在预定的时间内交付使用，直接关系到项目经济效益的发挥。在建筑工程项目管理中，进度控制是基本的管理目标之一。本文在阐明工程项目施工进度控制的含义及其特点的基础上，从人为因素、环境因素、资源因素、技术因素及其他因素等方面分析了工程项目施工进度控制的影响因素及其存在的问题，最后从多方面有针对性的提出了一系列对策措施和意见建议，使得本文具有一定的实践参考价值和方法论意义。
