摘要
目的探讨埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法 90例GERD患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片;观察组给予埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片。结果观察组总有效率95.56%高于对照组82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗GERD疗效佳可靠。
Objective To study on the efficacy of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of GERD. Methods 90 patients with GERD were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets. The observation group was given esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with mosapride citrate tablets. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 95.56% more than 82.22% that of control group, had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with mosapride citrate tablets treatment of GERD curative effect is obvious.
