摘要
目的：对和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年2月～2015年3月期间在我院接受治疗的38例胃食管反流病患者，根据不同的治疗方法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组进行对照研究，对西药常规治疗和和胃通降汤中药治疗的效果进行观察和比较。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为94.7%，高于对照组患者的73.7%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流病具有临床效果，能够改善患者的临床症状，安全有效。
ObjectiveClinical effect of heweitongjiang（moderate stomach）decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is to be analyzed and studied.MethodsChoose 38 patients of gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in hospital from February 2013 to March 2015 and separated them into control group and study group according to different treatment methods which were given western medication treatment and heweitongjiang（moderate stomach）decoction treatment respectively,and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups.ResultsPatients’ treatment efficacy in study group was 94.7%,which was much higher than 73.7% in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈 0.05）.ConclusionHeweitongjiang（moderate stomach）decoction is of efficacy in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,it is efficiency and safe to relieve patients’ clinical symptom.
