摘要
高师生应当在学习期间就能够主动、自觉地对照教师职业的要求形成明确的未来职业发展规划意识。高师生专业发展意识成熟与否表现在角色认知、角色认同、专业自尊和自我调控四个方面。影响因素有以教师的职业声望、教师管理制度为主要内容的社会环境、高师院校的培养方式以及高师生的个人因素三个方面。高师院校应当充分认识到自身在高师生专业发展意识的养成方面具有的重要作用,将学生的专业发展意识教育贯穿整个教育过程。
Normal universities students should establish correct development concepts of occupation during their learning period,preparing for their new teaching occupation.development concepts of occupation is divided into role cognitive,role identity,Professional self-esteem and self-regulation.influencing factors are social environment,normal universities and personal factor.normal universities should fully recognize they play an important role in this process.
