摘要
军队医院对地方开展医疗有偿服务以后,补助工资(奖金)作为补偿医护人员超负荷劳动一种分配形式应运而生。但是在上级没有统一规定前提下,各医院采取不同的分配办法,笔者认为补助工资的设计要与绩效考核相结合,其核算要与为兵服务相结合,其分配要与效益、药占比等指标相结合。
After military hospital launched compensable service for the local,subsidiary wages emerged as a distribution mode for the compensable medical and nursing service as the times require.Given no unified upper regulation,each hospital carried out its own distribution standard.The author considers that the design of subsidiary wages would combine with performance evaluation,the accounting combing with the situation of serving the army,the distribution combining with benefits and the proportion of drug expenses.
