摘要
探索在切断药品与检验利润的情况下,全科团队模式补偿与分配机制的基本思路和应明确的几个问题,并结合正在进行试点改革的具体案例进行分析讨论,为如何对社区卫生服务机构进行合理补偿和科学分配提供参考。
Under the condition of dissevering the profit of drug and examination, how to establish scientific system of compensation and allocation for the team of general practitioner is a focus during the course of reform. This article explored the basic thought and investigated some questions through analysis of concrete eases in order to supply information for further reform.
