摘要
癌痛是恶性肿瘤患者最常见的伴随症状之一,而爆发痛作为癌痛的一种特殊类型,因其起病急、持续时间较长、疼痛程度高,对患者及社会常造成严重的不良影响,因此关注爆发痛具有十分重要的临床意义和社会意义。本文从爆发痛的定义、分类分型、病理生理学机制和通过不同给药途径综合治疗特点等方面分析爆发痛。
Pain is one of the most common symptoms with malignant tumor patients. And as a special type of cancer pain, cancer breakthrough pain has a acute onset, a longer duration, and high degree of pain, often causes serious adverse effects for the patients and society. So attention to cancer breakthrough pain has very important clinical meaning and social meaning. This article analyzes cancer breakthrough pain from the following aspects： definition, classification, pathophysiological mechanism and characteristics of different treatment methods.
