锦纶/阳离子可染锦纶交织物的固色 被引量:4

摘要 选用三只阴离子型固色剂和一只阳离子型固色剂,分别对酸性和阳离子染料染色的PA/CD-PA(锦纶/阳离子染料可染锦纶)交织物进行固色;测试固色前后交织物上酸性和阳离子染料在酸性、中性、碱性及非离子助剂条件下的解吸性能和各项染色牢度。结果表明:交织物上未经固色的阳离子染料,在酸性条件下的解吸率较高,而在其它三种条件下解吸性能相当;未经固色的酸性染料在碱性条件下很容易解吸,其它条件下解吸相对较少;采用阴、阳离子型固色剂均能使酸性和阳离子染料解吸率有所降低,这两种染料在交织物上的耐洗色牢度提高,但阴离子固色剂的效果稍好;阳离子染料染色的交织物经阴离子固色剂固色后,耐摩擦色牢度明显降低,但耐光和耐洗色牢度稍有改善。 The fixation of polyamide/cationic dyeable polyamide (PA/CD-PA) dyeings with acid and cationic dyes are carried out with three anionic fixing agents and one cationic fixing agent respectively. The desorptions of acid and cationic dyes on the fab- ric before and after fixation under different conditions with acidic, neutral, alkaline and non-ionic auxiliary are investigated, the color fastness are tested. The results show that the desorption of cationic dyes before fixation under acidic condition is higher than those under other conditions. Desorption of acid dyes before fixation is higher under alkaline condition than those under other conditions. Both the anionic and cationic fixing agents are able to restrain the desorption of acid and cationic dyes and im- prove the washing fastness of acid and cationic dyes, while the anionic fixing agent is more effective. The rubbing fastness of PA/CD-PA dyeings with cationic dyes decreases obviously after fixation with anionic fixing agent, while the fastness to washing and light are slightly improved.
