摘要
根据唯物辩证法的内因和外因的关系规律,从"双师型"教师专业化发展的视角,对政策导向、专家引领、职业规划、环境影响等影响高职"双师型"教师专业化发展的学校因素进行了有益的探索,提出了一些可供参考的思路和方法。
According to the law of the relationship between internal and external causes of materialist dialectics, this paper made useful exploration on factors of policy-oriented, experts" leading, career planning, and environmental impact influencing double-certificated teachers" professional development from the perspective of double-certificated teachers" professional development, and proposed some ideas and methods for reference.
