摘要
目的通过实验室诊断及流行病学调查证实福建省首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例。方法调查病例的流行病学史及临床表现,采用病毒核酸检测、测序等方法进行实验室诊断。结果该病例临床表现符合基孔肯雅热特征,荧光PCR、RT-PCR和测序均证实为基孔肯雅病毒感染。流行病学调查表明,该病例的感染地点在东南亚一带,与扩增的部分病毒序列比对的结果一致。结论证实福建省首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例,在流行季节亟需加强对重点人群的监测。
Chikungunya fever (CHIK) is a mosquito-borne viral disease that mainly circulating in Southeast Asia and eastern Africa. In this study, to confirm a suspected imported CHIK case in Fujian Province, virus-specific nucleic acid amplifi- cation and sequencing were conducted; epidemiolog'ical information and clinical features were investigated. Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) infection was identified by real-time RT-PCR, RT-PCR and amplicon sequencing, while the patient's symptoms were in accordance with diagnostic criteria of CHIK. It was indicated by epidemiological data and BLAST analysis of the obtained se- quence that the infection was originated from Southeast Asia. Therefore, the first imported CHIK case in Fujian Province was confirmed, extensive surveillance of CHIK should be strengthened.
