摘要
研究了6种外源激素(IBA、IAA、NAA、KT、6-BA、GA3)对盐胁迫下非洲堇试管苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,6种外源激素在一定浓度下可以促进0.4%NaCl胁迫下的非洲堇试管苗的新芽、新叶和根的生长;加入外源激素,不仅可以使非洲堇N99试管苗盐害减轻,还可以提高试管苗在盐胁迫下的叶绿素含量,其中,2mg·L-1KT对增加叶绿素含量有非常显著的作用。
The effects of six kinds of exogenous hormones (IBA, IAA, and NAA, KT, 6-BA, GA3) on the growth of Saintpqulia ionantha plantlets under salt stress were studied in this experiment. The results showed that: the exogenous hormones could promote the growth of Saintpqulia ionantha test-tube planflets in salt stress of 0.4%NaCl, included the growth of rooting, leaves and shoots. Exogenous hormones not only could lessen the salt damage of Saintpqulia ionantha plantlets, but also increase the chlorophyll contents of plantlets in the salt stress, 2 mg. L-1KT had a significant effect on chlorophyll content of Saintpqulia ionantha plantlets.
