复合盐、MgSO_4胁迫下三种叶菜幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以生菜、油菜、茼蒿3种不同蔬菜幼苗为试材,采用室内营养液培养方法,研究了不同浓度复合盐、MgSO4对3种蔬菜幼苗生理活性的影响。结果表明:MgSO4胁迫下茼蒿POD活性均呈上升趋势,油菜、生菜呈先上升后下降趋势;复合盐胁迫中,3种蔬菜幼苗POD活性在0~120 mmol/L浓度范围内呈上升趋势。MgSO4胁迫下油菜和茼蒿SOD活性呈上升趋势,生菜呈先上升后下降趋势;复合盐胁迫中3种蔬菜幼苗SOD活性均呈先升后降趋势。MgSO4胁迫下油菜和生菜MDA含量在0~120 mmol/L浓度范围内呈上升趋势,茼蒿呈先上升后下降趋势;复合盐胁迫中3种蔬菜幼苗MDA含量均呈上升趋势。 The seedlings of lettuce,rape,crowndaisy were used as test material in study on the effect of MgSO4 and compound salt of different concentration on the physiological activities of three varieties of vegetables.The results showed that,with the increase of the concentration of MgSO4,the activity of POD of crowndaisy seedlings show an upward trand,but lettuce and rape declined after rising;with the the increase of the concentration of compound salt,POD was first rising with the increase of the concentration of MgSO4,the activity of SOD of crowndaisy and rape seedlings show an upward trand,but lettuce seedlings,crowndaisy seedlings decline after rising;with the the increase of the concentration of Compound salt,three kinds of vegetables declined after increased,with the increase of the concentration of MgSO4,lettuce and rape seedlings the content of MDA increased,crowndaisy seedlings declined after rising;with the the increase of the concentration of compound salt,MDA content of three kinds of vegetables showed an upward trand.
