外源激素对非洲紫罗兰叶分化芽的影响 被引量:8

摘要 非洲紫罗兰在西北地区首次引种成功。在其组织培养中,用其叶为外植体,探讨了外源激素对分化芽的影响。结果表明:MS+NAA^(0.1)+6-BA^(0.1)对芽的分化最有利;试管苗的生根壮苗及继代,以1/2B_(?)+IAA_(0.2)为最适培养基;而试管苗的移栽,关键在于移栽后必须用玻璃或塑料薄膜覆盖近月,使其空气湿度达到90%移栽成活率达90%以上,均可成为商品苗。 For the first time, the varietys of Saintpautia ionantha wereintroduced successfully in the area of northwest China. Tests have been conducted on two different media (MS and 1/2 B_5) supplemented with 6—BA, KT, ZT and 2, 4—D. Results of experiments showed that 0.1mg/1 of 6—BA was found to be beneficial to the bud differenliation of leaf explants. And its frequencies of bud induction were up to 65% and 86% respectively.
