摘要 精蛋白是在晚期精子细胞中出现的一类富含精氨酸和半胱氨酸的碱性蛋白质,与精子核DNA紧密结合形成浓缩的染色质,并参与精子形成过程中球形精子细胞到精子的形态变化及精子核致密化,使成熟精子遗传物质在受精前保持相对稳定状态,并有利于受精后胚胎的正常发育。精蛋白异常会影响正常的精子发生,造成异常染色质形成,使受精能力丧失或下降,最终导致不育。基于精蛋白的结构与功能,论文概述了近年来在精蛋白异常与不育的关系方面的研究进展,并探讨了精蛋白异常的原因。 Protamines are the basic nucleoproteins containing rich arginine and cysteine, which present in late spermatids. Protamines are concerned with morphological diversity and nucleus densification in the process of spermatogenesis, from round spermatids stage to sperm. Nuclear DNA of sperm is tightly cou- pled with protamines, resulting in condensed chromatin formation. It makes genetic material in mature sperm keep stable before fertilization, which would be helpful to embryonic normal development. Prota- mine abnormality would affect normal spermatogenesis, form abnormal chromatin, and reduce fertilization ability, resulting in infertility ultimately. Based on the structure and function of protamines, this paper reviewed the relationship between protamine abnormality and infertility, and the reason for abnormality.
