摘要
从近十几年的评价实践来看,一些经典的评价模型和方法仍起主导作用,新的评价方法在理论上未有重大突破,未能完全克服经典方法中存在的局限性.其主要不足在于要么不能正确反映属性间的相互关系或归结为简单的线性关系,要么具有很强的主观性.为此提出非线性价值函数综合评价模型,模型追求根据目前可得到的信息从整体上建立正确反映评价属性间相互关系的价值函数,从而使评价结果更加客观、公正、合理.
Classic evaluation model and methods are still playing a leading role in the evaluation of the practice of the last decade, a new evaluation method has not been a significant breakthrough in theory, not fully overcome the limitations of the classic method. Their major deficiencies either not correctly reflect the relationship between the attributes or attributed to a simple linear relationship, either highly subjective .This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation model of the nonlinear value function, the pursuit of the model based on the information currently available and on the whole to create the value function that correctly reflects the relationship between the evaluation attributes, so that the results of the evaluation more objective, fair and reasonable.
