摘要
针对ITS方案评价中诸多非精确量、且属性复杂的评价条件,基于多层模糊推理提出了一种多属性多层次、综合考虑各种定性和定量条件的ITS方案评价方法.这种方法将多个评价属性分成定性和定量两大类,每个大类再将属性分层次评价,最后将评价结果进行合成后得出最终的综合评价排序.通过一个ITS例子的仿真应用,说明了该方法的具体步骤以及其有效性.
It is very difficult to give a satisfactory evaluation o f an intelligent transportation system (ITS) project because of many non_precise and complex v ariables in it. Based upon multi_layer fuzzy reasoning, a multi_attribute and mu lti_layer fuzzy evaluation of ITS is proposed. Firstly, all evaluating attribute s are divided two parts: qualitative and quantitative items. Then, both parts ar e analyzed hierarchical respectively. The last synthesis evaluated compositor is got by integrating each evaluation. A simulating example of ITS evaluation show s the steps of the method and its validity.
