摘要
幼儿教师对课程的理解直接影响着幼儿教育的质量。根据专业发展的不同阶段,幼儿教师的课程理解可分为正式课程理解、个体课程理解和超课程理解三个层次。影响其课程理解层次的因素既有幼儿教师的职业地位、工作环境、园所教学文化等客观因素,也有幼儿教师的教育信念、个人能力及个体经验等主观因素。
Preschool teachers' understanding of curriculum directly impacts on the quality of early childhood education. Based on the different stages of professional development,preschool teachers' understanding of curriculum can be divided into three levels: the formal under- standing, the individual understanding and the ultracourse understanding. Objective factors affecting the levels of understanding include preschool teachers' occupational status, working environment and kindergarten teaching culture while subjective factors include their educational beliefs, personal ability and individual experiences.
