摘要
味精废液是一个污染源 ,但它又含有植物生长所需的营养物质 .研究结果表明 ,味精废液可促进白菜生长 ,增加叶的长度和宽度 ,增加白菜地上部分的鲜重和干重 ;提高叶片可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性 ,但单位鲜重的可溶性糖含量低于对照 ;施用味精废液的白菜生长比不上施用复合肥的 .
Utilizing pollutants rationally is a good method of handling pollution. Our experimental results indicated that after applying liquid waste from monosodium glutamate, Pakchoi was longer and broader for leaf, heavier for the fresh weight and dry weight above ground part; the contents of soluble protein, chlorophyll and nitrate reductase activity were increased; the content of soluble sugar per gram of fresh weight was decreased and the growth of Pakchoi after applying liquid waste from monosodium glutamate production was poorer than the growth after applying compound fertilizer.
