摘要
为了给冷型小麦育种及在生产上的应用提供理论依据,以陕229、小偃6号、9430和NR9405为试验材料,通过田间观测和室内实验,对不同冷、暖型小麦灌浆过程及光合生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,陕229和小偃6号两个冷型小麦品种表现出灌浆持续时间长、灌浆速率高的特点,而且冷型小麦在净光合速率、旗叶叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量三方面均优于9430和NR9405两个暖型小麦。这说明冷型小麦灌浆特点与其较好的光合生理特性密切相关,这也是冷型小麦饱满指数较暖型小麦高的主要原因。
Through comparison on the grain filling characteristics of cold wheat with warm wheat, it was showed that the (grain) (filling) duration of cold wheat was longer, the (grain) (filling) rate was faster, and these (grain) (filling) (characteristics) were correlative with their better biological traits, such as net photosynthesis rate, (chlorophyll) (content) and protein nitrogen content of flag leaf. These were the main reasons that the kernel (plumpness) (index) of cold wheat was higher than warm wheat.
