摘要
山区高速公路隧道群运营管理较为复杂,在发生事故时必须考虑各隧道之间的相互影响。提出互通式立交—路段—隧道群协调交通控制策略,即将高速公路划分为不同交通控制区段和交通控制单元,在发生灾害事故时,遵循"先内后邻"、"由远及近"的原则实施联动控制。以增从高速公路为例,列举凤凰山特长隧道火灾工况下的应急管理预案对上述理论进行说明。
Operation and management mountain road tunnel group is more complex, the mutual influence between the tunnels in the event of accidents must be considered. The coordination transportation control strategy of interchange-road section-tunnel group is proposed, it is divided expressway into different transportation control sections and transportation control units. In case of accidents, it should abide by the principle "after the first period neighbor" and "from far and near" and implement the linkage control. Taking Zeng-Cong Expressway as an example,the Fenghuang Tunnel fire emergency response plan is cited to explain above theory.
