摘要
山区高速公路隧道群运营管理较为复杂,在发生火灾事故时必须考虑各隧道之间的相互影响。文章提出了隧道群-路段-互通式立交协调交通控制策略,即将高速公路划分为不同交通控制区段和交通控制单元,在发生火灾事故时,遵循"先内后邻"、"由远及近"的原则实施联动控制;以增从高速公路为例,列举凤凰山特长隧道火灾工况下的应急管理预案,并对其理论进行了说明。
The management of a group of tunnels for an expressway in a mountainous area is very complex, and the mutual influence between the tunnels must be considered in the event of a fire. This paper proposes a transportation coordination control strategy for expressway tunnel group-open section-interchange, that is to say, the expressway is divided into different transportation control sections and transportation control units, and it follows the principle of "inside part goes first and the nearest goes first" to implement the coordinated control. Using the Fenghuangshan tunnel on the Zengcheng-Conghuac expressway as an example, this paper explains this strategy and the emergency response plan in ease of a fire.
