摘要
目的探讨诊断性刮宫对围绝经期阴道出血患者疗效及病理结果,为治疗围绝经期阴道出血制定有效方案提供客观依据。方法收集我院2009年1月至2011年12月期间围绝经期阴道不规则出血患者99例,按照年龄分为三组,低龄组36例、中龄组38例、高龄组25例,均进行诊断性刮宫,对其临床资料、疗效及病理结果进行对照性分析。结果本研究共99例患者,诊断性刮宫的总有效率为82.8%,高龄组疗效较低龄组和中龄组差,其有效率为68%,而中低龄组分别为89.5%、86.1%,组间比较有统计学差异,P<0.05;随着年龄增加,恶性肿瘤发生率逐步上升,高龄组至低龄组恶性肿瘤发病率分别为16%、5.3%、2.8%,高龄组与低、中龄组比较有统计学差异,P<0.05,而低龄组和中龄组无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论围绝经期阴道出血的病因以良性病变为主,诊断性刮宫是围绝经期阴道出血有效的治疗方法,应尽早行规范性妇科诊治,并对刮宫所取组织进行病理学检查,从而达到早期诊断、早期治疗的目的,最终提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the diagnostic curettage on menopausal vaginal bleeding in patients with clinical and pathological findings, treatment of menopause vaginal bleeding for the development of effective programs to provide objective basis. Methods In our hospital from 2009 January to 2011 December during the perimenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding in 99 cases, divided into 3 groups according to age, 36 cases in younger age group, 38 cases in middle age group, 25 patients in elderly age group, underwent diagnostic curettage, the clinical data, clinical and pathological results were on illumination analysis. Results This research studied a total of 99 cases of patients, diagnostic curettage of the total efficiency of 82.8%, a group of senior citizens effectthan younger group and age group difference, its efficiency was 68% , and the younger age group were 89.5% , 86.1%, a statistically significant difference between the groups, P 〈0. 05 ; increased with age, malignant tumors rate of rise stage by stage, age group and young group of malignancies incidence rates were 16% , 5.3%, 2.8%, a group of senior citizens with low, middle age groups, P 〈 0. 05, and age group and the age group showed no significant difference, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusions Menopausal vaginal bleeding with benign lesions, diagnostic curettage is menopausal vaginal bleeding and effective method of treatment, should get gynecological treatment as soon as possible, and curettage performed histopathologic examination of the tissue, thereby achieving early diagnosis, early treatment, and ultimately improve clinical curative effect.
