摘要
在积极心理学理念的启示下,分析了大学新生心理健康教育应着力解决的现实问题,提出大学新生心理健康教育的新路径,认为只有转变教育观念、丰富教育内容、拓宽教育渠道、强化自我教育,才能增强大学新生心理健康教育实效。
In the enlightenment of the concept of positive psychology, the real problems that should be solved in freshmen psychological health education are analyzed. New paths of freshmen psychological health education are proposed. To enhance the effectiveness of the freshmen psychological health education, the following points must be noted, changing concepts of education, enriching the content of education, broadening the educational channels, and strengthening self--education.
