摘要
目的:设计并实现一套放射科排队叫号系统。方法:在对放射科排队叫号系统的流程和需求进行分析的基础上,对系统的硬件和软件进行了架构设计。系统硬件由服务器、检查室控制终端、叫号屏幕、语音系统等设备构成,系统软件包括数据库、服务器端软件和客户端软件3个部分。结果:系统的应用使患者的检查更加有序,缩短了等候时间,提高了患者的满意度。结论:该系统的应用既方便了患者和工作人员,又能为管理层的决策提供依据。
Objective To design and develop a queuing management system for the radiology department. Methods Based on the flow and requirements analysis, the configuration for the hardware and software was designed. The hardware included the server, the control terminal in the examination room, the display screen, acoustic system, and etc. The software consisted of the database, server software and terminal software. Results The waiting time and the patients＇ satisfaction were both improved. Conclusion The queuing management system for the radiology department contributes to the improvement of the level for service and management of the hospital.
