摘要
阐述了排队叫号系统的作用表现方面,介绍了分区管理和一票通两种结构形式的排队叫号系统的业务处理流程,以达到满足基本的服务需求的同时,提高服务质量和服务效率的目的。
This paper illustrates the functions of queuing management system, introduces the handling process of the system's two structural configurations as partition management and one-ticket-for-all, in order to satisfy the basic demand for service and increae service quality and efficiency at the same time.
