摘要 目的:设计并实现基于MOSAIQ肿瘤信息管理系统的放疗科排队叫号系统。方法:分析前台报到、CT模拟定位、校位、加速器治疗等各环节的工作流程,结合放射治疗过程中特有的功能需求,通过软硬件设计实现数据接口、显示和语音控制、自助终端、系统配置4个主要功能。结果:通过1 a的临床应用,系统运行稳定,取得了良好的应用效果。结论:该系统有效地解决了排队秩序混乱的现象,提高了患者的满意度和员工的工作效率,值得推广应用。 Objective To design a queuing & calling system in radiation oncology department based on MOSAIQ oncology information system(OIS). Methods The workflow of reception, CT simulation, verification and linear accelerator radiotherapy was analyzed. Combined with specific requirement of radiotherapy, the software and hardware design was fulfilled for the functions of data interface, display and voice controlling, self-service terminal and system configuration. Results Clinical trials in one year proved that the system was stable and effective. Conclusion The system makes the patient orderly waiting for treatment, the satisfaction of the patient and the efficiency of the staff both enhanced, and thus is worth popularizing for clinical application.
