摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取澳洲坚果花的挥发性成分,并与同时蒸馏萃取法进行比较。以坚果花挥发油得率为衡量工艺参数的指标,通过单因素和正交试验法考察超临界CO2萃取过程中萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2的流量及萃取时间4个因素对坚果花挥发油得率的影响。结果表明,25 MPa、萃取温度45℃、CO2流量7 kg/h、萃取时间120 min为最佳工艺,坚果花挥发油萃取得率达0.76%,高于同时蒸馏萃取法。
The volatile oil was extracted from Macadamia ternifolia flowers by using supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction with the comparison of simultaneous distillation extraction. The effects of pressure, temperature, carbon dioxide flow rate and extraction time on the extraction yield of volatile oil were investigated by single factor and orthogonal design methods. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows : extraction pressure of 25 MPa, extraction temperature of 45℃, CO2 flow rate of 7 kg/h and extraction time of 120 min. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the yield of volatile oil extracted from Macadamia ternifolia flowers was 0.76 %, which was higher than that of simultaneous distillation extraction.
