摘要
本研究以沙棘(HippophaerhamnoidesLinn.)油的最大得率为目标,通过正交试验得到了超临界CO2萃取沙棘油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力20MPa、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间2h。同时,为了得到游离酸含量和水分及挥发物较低的优质沙棘油,采用二级分离的方法分离沙棘油,通过分析、比较一级分离和二级分离所得沙棘油物理指标,认为二级沙棘油分离是一个好的方法,具有工业使用价值。
In order to obtain the highest yield of oil from Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.seeds,orthogonal test of supercritical CO_2 extraction was carried out to obtain optimum condition as follows:pressure 20 MPa,temperature 40 ℃,time 2 h.Meanwhile,in order to get high quality H.rhamnoides oil with lower free fatty acid content,two-step separation method was used:the first step at pressure 12 MPa and temperature 40 ℃;the second step at pressure 6 MPa and temperature (28 ℃).Analysis and comparison of physical properties of H.rhamnoides oil showed that the two-step (separation) method is a good method and can be used industrially.
