摘要
该文通过辨析校内教育公平与个性化教育的概念,分析二者间的相互关系,认为在基于个性化教育的校内教育实践过程中,需要采取建立平等机制、引入多重的竞争与选拔机制、丰富校内教育资源的内容、树立公正的理念、建立个性化的教育模式、建立多元化的评价机制等措施,以促进校内教育公平的真正实现。
In this paper, we discriminate the differences between the concepts of school education fair and personalized education, and analyze the relationship between the two concepts. The measures need to be carried out in the process of campus educational practice based on individualized education: to establish equality mechanism, to introduce multiple competitive selection mechanism, to enrich campus education resources, to set up a fair idea, to establish a personalized education model, to establish a wide range of evaluation mechanisms, to ensure school education fair..
